Family Law and Domestic Violence

Shacarra graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2019 and graduated with a Diploma in Legal Practice at Bond University in 2020.

 

Recognised for her academic excellence, Shacarra was awarded the Griffith Academic Award throughout her studies and earned membership in the prestigious Golden Key Society for Academic Excellence.

 

Shacarra was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2020 and quickly established herself in the field of Family Law. Over the years, Shacarra has built extensive expertise in all areas of Family Law, including parenting, property, binding financial agreements, divorce, and domestic violence matters.

 

Throughout her career, Shacarra has frequently appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, as well as in the Magistrate and District Courts.  

 

Now a Partner at Beck Law and Head of Family Law, Shacarra continues to provide a personalised and compassionate approach, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients while minimising the need for litigation.
